Placing Your First Order

At Ladlee Direct we want to ensure that you enjoy your shopping experience through our site. There follows a step-by-step instructions on how to place your order.

 

 

Find what you want to buy

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in the search box located at the top left corner.

 

We have also provided an advanced search facility that allows you restrict the research using the parameters defined. 

 

To get more information about a product, click its name or the picture to see its product information page. There you'll find:

 

·         image/s of the item

·         the item's availability

·         background information

·         Styles available with images

·         Reviews view and add reviews

·         the opportunity to buy the product

·         add to your wish list

·         add to your favourites

 

 

Add it to your Shopping Bag

The Shopping Bag is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Bag or save them for later if you change your mind.

 

When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button on the item's product information page.

 

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Bag, click the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

 

We have made it easy for you to see exactly which items you have selected, styles and quantities. The image of all the products that you have selected together with their details including any relevant style information appears on this page. You have the option of deleting specific items if you have changed your mind, empty the entire contents of the shopping bag, change quantity ordered, continue shopping and select some more products or checkout.

 

If you are not ready to check out, don’t worry the next time you come onto the site using the same computer, your order will still be there.

 

Please ensure that you are happy with your selection in your shopping bag, then proceed by clicking on “Checkout” button.

 

 

Fill in the order form

Upon selecting “Checkout”, first time users will be asked for an email details. Existing users can log in with email address and password already submitted.

 

Sign in

Enter your e-mail address and click the "Login" button. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.

 

Enter a billing and delivery address

Enter the billing address and the address of where you would like your products to be delivered to. There is also the option of picking up from our store, please ensure that you have ticked the pick order box.

 

Gift wrapping service

We also prove a gift wrapping service for an extra cost of £5 (including VAT) just tick the gift wrapping box and add a personal message.

 

Select a delivery method and delivery option

Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method. If the order is for UK delivery, and it qualifies, you will be able to select normal or express as your delivery option.

 

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

 

Review and submit your order

Check the information you've provided. Enter your credit card details and when you're ready, click the "Process Order” button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we dispatch the order to you.

 

 

Confirmation of order
Ladlee Direct will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order, please note that this does not warrant the acceptance of the order. Upon credit approval and address verification and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock.

Delivery Information 

Our aim is to process all orders within five working days of receipt on our premises and dispatch via 48-hour courier service. However during peak periods or unavailability of stock, the sheer volume of work might entail slightly longer delivery periods therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Delivery/Postage charges are £7.00 (up to 20 kgs) within the U.K. and please note that your signature will be required on delivery between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Refund

If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods in the same condition within 14 days for a full refund. (Packaging should be retained for at least 14 days) We regret the carriage charge is not refundable.

 

 

Exchange

If we have sent you the correct item/s in accordance with your order, but you still wish to exchange, we will gladly do so. However, the postal charge will be applicable again. Please note jewellery, bindis and bangles, unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged

 

 

Specifications

Every care is taken to describe items as accurately as possible. Designs and colours may vary, also colours and embroidery are not guaranteed, so please wash separately or need being dry clean only. Due to photographic light items may appear slightly different in colours and embroidery.

 

Accessories, jewellery and shoes worn by the models in photographs are not included. Men's dupattas/stoles and mojdis worn by models are not included.

 

We reserve the right to alter specifications and colour without notice.

My Wish List   

Now you can notify your family and friends who care about you of the products that you like. Your family and friends can select and purchase the products from your wish list.

 

To forward a list of products, simply select the product, go into the product details screen. To add the product item to the My Wish List, click the Add to Wish List button.

 

A custom E-mail appears and encapsulates a wish list, E-mail address and comments.

 

·         Enable the check box beside the selected wish list item.

·         Fill in a valid E-mail address.

·         Write a message in the Comments area provided, to notify your family and friends of the specified wish list.

·         To send the wish list, click the Send Wish List button.

 

An E-mail will be sent to your family and friends with a link to our site.

 

 

My Favourites 

Whilst shopping through our site, you do not need to conclude your purchase right away and may wish to do it at a later date.

 

On the product details screen, you can view the product details of your favourite item. To add a product to My Favourites, click on the Add to Favourite button.

 

You will be asked to enter your E-mail address and password (all new users should click on New User and enter all relevant data).

 

At list of all the items placed in your Favourites list will be displayed.
